Stuart Miller Studio specialises in conceptual master-planning, architecture and interiors.
We have a wealth of knowledge on the development aspects of projects, including the financial, legal, planning, design, contractual and construction variations necessary to success.
Work has included the master planning and development of many major leisure projects in the GCC States, Egypt, Japan, Australia and Europe. Projects such as ‘Snowdome’ and the National Falcon Centre in Dubai; redevelopment studies for Messila Beach Resort, Kuwait; Cairo Sheratons and First Residence Tower in Egypt; a media centre in Riyadh; the conversion of the former British Rail HQ in London, now operating as the Landmark Hotel; a residential and tourist resort in Majorca; the Ridge at Castara, an eco-resort in Tobago in the southern Caribbean and the refurbishment of listed buildings in London.
More recent projects include the design and fit out of a private museum and library; the refurbishment of a palace in Oman; the design, project management and interior fit-out for a 3,500m2 new build villa for a family, also in Oman; the interior fitout and furnishing for a house in Kent and client/proxy advice for emergency insurance negotiations and restitutions in London.
We work closely with our sister company Chameleon3 which offers complementary skills such as museum and exhibition design, design project management, content research and graphic design. Samples of their work can be seen at chameleon3.com
Currently, we are working on the design of another private museum and gallery in Oman and advising on the set up and financing of two major international conservation and ecology initiatives.
